We sign 1-year contracts with clients, but we have a 60-day notice period for termination. That way, you can be in control and we have enough time to prepare your final SR&ED/IRAP documentation so it isn’t lost.

IRAP projects typically require more work and have a higher annual fee, but it pays for itself with unlocked funding and SR&ED rebates. We can accept quarterly or monthly payments depending on your funding agreement and to alleviate cashflow stress.

You’re legally entitled to SR&ED tax credits and need to apply for IRAP by talking to an Industry Technology Advisor (ITA). While your funding depends on having great record-keeping, both have up-front eligibility checks you can do.
